Digital Preservation

The Journal maintains permanent access to all published Articles through its official publishing platform.

Published Articles and their associated metadata are protected through institutional digital preservation and regular backup procedures designed to minimize the risk of data loss and preserve the integrity of the scholarly record.

Each published Article is assigned a Digital Object Identifier (DOI) to ensure persistent identification, reliable citation, and long-term discoverability.

The Journal periodically reviews its preservation practices and will adopt additional digital preservation services as appropriate to further strengthen the long-term preservation of its published content.
 

National Repository Archiving

The journal’s published content is also archived and made available through the National Library and Archives of the Islamic Republic of Iran (NLAI) via the national journals repository. This repository provides an additional source of access to the journal’s published content and supports its long-term availability and preservation.

Self-Archiving

Authors retain full copyright ownership of their Articles.

Authors may archive and share:

• the Submitted Manuscript (Preprint);
• the Accepted Manuscript (Author Accepted Manuscript – AAM);
• the Published Version of Record,

through personal websites, institutional repositories, subject repositories, and other non-commercial repositories.

When archiving the Published Version of Record, Authors should acknowledge the Journal as the original publisher and include the complete citation together with the DOI, where available.

All Articles published in IJAUP are distributed under the Creative Commons Attribution–NonCommercial 4.0 International License (CC BY-NC 4.0).

The Journal publishes Articles under a License to Publish granted by the Author(s). Copyright remains with the Author(s).
 

Version of Record

The Version of Record published by the Journal constitutes the authoritative and citable version of the Article.

Where corrections, retractions, or updates are required, they are managed in accordance with the Journal’s publication ethics policies while preserving the integrity of the scholarly record.
