In new urban developments in response to the failure of the modernist approach, attention to public spaces in cities has become as a basic necessity in terms of planning and urban design. Disregarding to the thought of integrity of urban spaces in the process of planning and designing, in the long run will have no result but chaos in space. Continuous network of urban spaces shows a coherent structure of city that not only the conjunction of form and function space is concerned, but also meaning finds its place in a complex system of city. Hence processes of planning, design and construction of urban spaces should be considered in an accurate way to find a good solution to solve the structural problems in urban pattern like the lack of the integrity in cities that contains a spatial breakdown in them that can be helpful and useful. In this context, purpose of this study is forming a conceptual model of an integrated network of urban spaces are in the process of decision-making. Such a network due to strengthen and cohesion of structure of the city, will follow the socio-economic growth and prosperity in your life. This study seeks to explore the factors affecting the urban network of interconnected spaces on the one hand and in present a conceptual a model for forming on the other hand. The research will be exploratory-explanatory and in the process of planning, comparative-analytical was used. The main paradigm in the analysis and design is approach of, "living community" in New Urbanism movement. Research results showed that urban areas are located in a logic network and to achieve spatial integrity, continuity in the transverse sections of the city must be maintained that is provided in the form of a continuity matrix.
